DealQXi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides commerce intelligence to e-commerce operators. The platform delivers scored demand signals, product and ecosystem opportunity detection, and supply gap analysis through a web-based dashboard. DealQXi is a digital subscription service — no physical goods are shipped.

You may cancel your DealQXi subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@dealqx.com.
DealQXi is a digital subscription service. Because platform access is delivered immediately upon payment, refund eligibility is as follows:
Within 7 days of your first subscription payment: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, contact support@dealqx.com within 7 calendar days of your initial charge for a full refund.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for circumstances such as duplicate charges or billing errors. Service credits for Extended Outages (platform unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours, as defined in Section 15 of our Terms of Service) are addressed through the service-credit remedy described in the Terms of Service rather than through this refund policy. Contact support@dealqx.com with details and we will respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
DealQXi is a digital service delivered via a web-based dashboard. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your subscription tier. There are no physical goods, shipping, or returns associated with this service.
Scheduled Maintenance is performed with at least 24 hours' advance notice, generally during low-traffic periods (typically between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Central Time), and generally does not exceed four consecutive hours per maintenance window. Scheduled Maintenance is excluded from any calculation of platform availability or downtime.
If the platform is continuously unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an unplanned outage (an "Extended Outage"), you may request a service credit as described in Section 15 of our Terms of Service. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for Extended Outages.
DealQXi may offer promotional pricing, founding-member discounts, or free-access beta periods from time to time. Any such promotion will clearly state:
Founding-member pricing and any other promotional or locked-in rate applies only during the continuous period of an active, paid-up subscription. If you cancel your subscription, allow it to lapse for non-payment, or otherwise let it expire, your locked-in pricing ends. Upon any reactivation, new subscription, or renewal following a lapse, you will be subject to DealQX's then-current standard pricing for the applicable tier. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service for the full provision.
DealQXi is offered from the United States. The platform provides market intelligence and does not facilitate transactions, transfer funds, or handle inventory on behalf of subscribers. Use of DealQXi is subject to all applicable U.S. federal and state laws. International subscribers should review the international data transfer terms in our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum in our Terms of Service. Subscribers are solely responsible for their own business decisions and compliance with marketplace terms of service and all applicable regulations.

All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor certified at PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of certification in the payment card industry. Your card details are transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection and are never stored on DealQXi servers.
If you see an unrecognized charge from DealQXi on your statement, please contact us at support@dealqx.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We can often resolve billing questions faster than the chargeback process, and we are committed to making it right.
